Birdwalk is operated by Birdwalk Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Australia. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. We collect no other personal information on this site. When you use the Birdwalk platform (once launched), we will collect account information, content you upload or generate, and usage data necessary to provide the service.

How we use your information

We use your email address solely to notify you when early access is available, and to communicate directly about Birdwalk. We do not send newsletters, marketing emails, or transfer your information to third parties.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@birdwalk.ai. Under Australian privacy law, you have the right to make a complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you believe your privacy has been breached.

Data storage

Waitlist emails are stored securely with access restricted to Birdwalk personnel. We retain waitlist data only as long as necessary to operate the early access programme.
